We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be fair while also ensuring our sessions run smoothly. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made at least 1 month before the mock exam date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made up to 10 days before the mock exam date will receive a 50% refund.
• For cancellations made within 10 days of the mock exam date, we are unable to offer a refund, as arrangements for the session will already in place
